Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By adding the "Nameless Guild Manager" bot (the "Service", "NGM") to your Discord server you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any clause, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Nameless Guild Manager (NGM) is a Discord bot for guild event management, role signups, voice channel automation, and cross-server alliance role sync. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability at any particular time.

3. User responsibilities

By adding the bot you confirm that you:

• hold the Manage Server permission on the server, or have explicit consent from its owner;
• comply with the Discord Terms and Community Guidelines;
• are responsible for content published via the Service (event announcements, comments).

4. Acceptable use

You may not: abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass restrictions, use the Service for spam, Discord ToS violations, age-restriction circumvention, or harm to other servers/users.

5. Data

The Service processes a limited set of data (server, channel, role and user IDs; nicknames; session cookies). See Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service availability

No SLA. Interruptions may occur: maintenance, updates, Discord API outages, force majeure. We aim for ≥ 99% uptime but do not guarantee it.

7. Intellectual property

The bot source code belongs to its authors. Public site templates and texts may be viewed as-is — modification or copying without consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

You use the Service at your own risk. The author is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, server disruption, lost revenue, etc.

9. Changes to these terms

Terms may change. The new version is published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Termination & contact

To stop using the Service — kick the bot from your server (right-click the bot → "Kick"). This halts data collection (see Privacy Policy, "Retention").
